Choi Pan/ Chai Kue is a traditional steamed vegetable dumpling with dried shrimp. The skin is homemade with soft texture and steamed to perfection. For the vegetable filling, we choose yam bean/jicama as it makes the dumpling tastes a sweet freshness, and crispy to reminiscent of some apples. Choipan is served with fried crispy garlic and paired with our home made chillies sauce to enjoy to its perfection.
